GOALS & OBJECTIVES
Encourage and support homeless prevention activities.
Enhance the provision of emergency shelter and related services.
Expand education efforts in the community that homelessness is the result of complex social, economic and personal factors.
Expand and enhance permanent affordable housing opportunities for homeless and low income individuals.
Enhance access to coordination and delivery of permanent housing and social services to homeless and low income individuals throughout the community achieve permanent housing.
